2721 Airwood Dr. Nashville, TN 37214 615-872-7443 RE: Bill Bryant REALTOR The purchase of ones first home is daunting. It always has been and it always will be. Not only does it signify a momentous step in ones life but its also an awful lot of money to part with all at once. It is counted up there in the list of major life changes with the loss of a parent, birth of a child and changing jobs. There are many decisions to make and, as such, many possibilities for mistakes. Both of which lead to much stress. I must say that Bill relieved a lot of the stress for us. Admittedly, I am the kind of person that does a lot of research and asks a lot of questions before making any major decisions. My wife and I had been discussing the idea of buying our first home for several years before we were ready. We already had a lot of our wants and needs nailed down before we even started looking. This might have presented a difficult learning curve for many Realtors but not for Bill. He listened intently, even when we were just making offhand comments, and took every detail of our endeavor to heart. Each successive house got closer and closer to meeting all of our goals until we finally found just the right house. Even once we had found the right house and our bid was accepted, Bill stayed right alongside us. He helped us through the inspection and all of the financial proceedings right up to the closing. More than once did I lean on him for advice or support in the many decisions we had to make. And, each time, as we stressed over detail after detail, Bill brought us back down to earth to see the goal within reach. I would recommend Bill to any of my closest friends and family. His conscientious attentiveness through every step of the process makes him invaluable to any homebuyer, especially so to those buying their first home.
Sincerely, Heidi Kocalis Dear Sir or Madam: I am writing this letter in reference to my real estate agent, Bill Bryant. Purchasing your own home is scary enough, but to do it completely by yourself can be even worse! I was very nervous about the process and had only vague ideas. I was glad to have Bill as my realtor who was always quick to get back to me with my many questions and emails. He spoke to me very knowledgeably about neighborhoods that would best meet my want to find a home in an up and coming area while remaining within my budget. He was also very astute in recognizing housing options that may be overpriced or may require more work than was advertised by the owner. He was quick to point out all the pros and cons of any potential purchase. Furthermore, when it came to the actual purchase of my home, I truly felt as if I had an advocate. He was very encouraging in helping me to come up with bargaining strategies and questions to ask the previous owner of my home. I would gladly recommend him as an agent to any of my friends or family members. Sincerely, Allie M. Bell Homeowner |
